Brut Rose

Made from twenty different Crus, the Dry Rosé Cattier is a dry champagne. The colour comes from a little red wine being added to the blend, which is primarily pinot noir and pinot meunier from the Montagne de Reims. The added liquor and the high percentage of older, reserve wine in the mix provide the necessary richness and structure, making it the perfect accompaniment to a meal or to round out the end of an evening.

It offers up a rich variety of fruity aromas, from orange and clementine to peach, raspberry, strawberry and blackberry. The first sip is rich and generous, bathing your palate in strawberry, raspberry and cherry notes before ending on clementine and pressed flowers.
