Our Brut Quartz is made from twenty different Crus, predominantly pinot meunier. The extra ageing and integration of older reserve wine brings out an exceptional range of aromas.
It offers up fresh yet complex aromas of plum, prune, biscuit and brioche, which melt into elegant orange blossom notes. A rich yet vibrant flavours of plum, muscat grape, blueberry and dried apricot dominate the palate before giving way to spicy clove and pepper notes.
