BRUT ZÉRO contains no sugar and thus lets express the finesse and natural minerality of the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. The color is fresh and crystalline. The nose develops lively aromas of lemon mingled with notes of ripe fruit, green apple, even tangy candy.  On the palate, the attack is lively, the finesse of the “extra brut” Chardonnay is fully expressed. Lovers of “plain” Champagne will find freshness and summer scents there.  It will go wonderfully with sushi or a seafood platter
